1. From your desktop, click your workspace name in the sidebar.
   
2. Select Tools & settings from the menu, then click Customise. 
3. Click the Workspace icon tab.
4. Choose a file, then click Upload icon.
5. Next, crop your icon.
6. When you've finished, click Crop icon to save your changes.

Upload an organisation icon

Org owners can upload an organisation icon. Here's how:

1. From your desktop, click your organisation name in the sidebar.
   
2. Select Tools & settings from the menu, then click Customise. 
3. Click  Settings in the left sidebar, then select Organisation info.
4. Next to Details, click Edit.
5. Under Icon, click Choose file, then select a file.
6. Click Save to finish.

Upload a workspace icon

As part of an Enterprise org, workspace owners can update their workspace icon.

1. From your desktop, click your workspace name in the sidebar.
   
2. Select Tools & settings from the menu, then click Customise. 
3. Click the Workspace icon tab.
4. Choose a file, then click Upload icon.
5. Next, crop your icon. 
6. When you've finished, click Crop icon.
