Chief Operating Officer
Cindy Morse is Slack’s Chief Operating Officer, bringing operational excellence to a variety of teams and executive functions. As COO, she marries strategy with execution and builds community across a multi-disciplinary team.
Prior to Slack, Cindy was an SVP and the Chief of Staff to Salesforce’s Co-CEO, scaling alignment and driving key initiatives – including leadership hires, transitions, acquisitions and enterprise-wide engagement programmes. Before that, she ran operations as Salesforce Israel’s 1,000-person site lead – driving integration, brand awareness and process improvements. She joined Salesforce ten years ago through the ExactTarget acquisition, where she served in roles across customer success and engineering operations and led the Agile transformation of the company’s R&D team.
Cindy holds a BA in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington in the USA. She is obsessed with the details, believes that clarity is the greatest accelerator, and enjoys CrossFit and spending time with her niece and nephew.
