Starting 15th April 2026, eligible Pro teams can experience Slackbot without limits as part of a special promotion. This is a limited-time opportunity to experience the full power of Slackbot and how it can transform how you work in Slack.
Promotion overview
Eligible Pro teams will see an offer to get Slackbot by upgrading to the Business+ subscription. As soon as you opt in to this promotion, all members of your workspace will immediately get access to Business+ and everything that Slackbot has to offer. You’ll be able to use Slackbot without the usual weekly message limits (as well as all of the features included with the Business+ subscription) throughout the offer period.
Promotion window and offer period
You can redeem the offer at any time during the promotion window, which runs from 15th to 30th April 2026. The offer period, which refers to how long the Slackbot limits are waived, begins when you upgrade to Business+ and ends one month later, plus any additional days before the weekly message limit resets.
Weekly message limit for Slackbot
A limit of 15 messages to Slackbot per user per week applies to all members on our Business+ subscription. The limit resets weekly on Monday at 00:00 in your time zone. For the duration of your offer period, that limit will be removed. However, all use of Slackbot is still subject to Slack’s standard Acceptable use policy.
End of offer details
At the end of the offer period, your workspace will remain on the Business+ subscription. You’ll retain all Business+ features, including Slackbot. Slackbot usage limits will apply at the end of the offer period. You will continue to be charged for Business+.
By redeeming this offer, you agree that these offer terms form part of and modify Slack’s Customer Terms of Service (or the terms of your written agreement regarding your use of Slack’s services) (your ‘Agreement’) entered into between you and the Slack entity identified in the Agreement and that, after the offer period, Slack’s then current standard pricing set forth on Slack’s Pricing Page will apply to the remainder of your subscription and to any subscription renewals. Please see the terms of your Agreement for information on how to cancel or downgrade your paid subscription before any such renewal. If you redeem this offer and then modify or cancel your paid Slack subscription or downgrade during the offer period, this offer may no longer be available to you.
