If you use customer management in Slack, you can capture leads from your website and send them to an automatically-created channel in your workspace for your team to review, manage, and respond to.
Note: Customer lead management in Slack is rolling out gradually. We appreciate your patience as we make it available to all customers on the new version of the Business+ plan.
How it works
When you enable customer management in Slack, a specialized channel for leads will be automatically created in your workspace. This channel will be named #leads-[your workspace name] and will appear in the Salesforce section of your sidebar.
From your leads channel in Slack, you can design the form that will generate your leads, then embed that form on your website.
When someone fills out your form, a message will be sent to your leads channel lead will appear in your leads channel.
Note: Managing leads in Slack relies on the Salesforce Web-to-Lead feature. Learn more about generating leads in the Salesforce Help Center.
