Switch between workspaces

If you’re signed in to more than one Slack workspace or belong to multiple workspaces in an Enterprise Grid organisation, you can easily switch between them in Slack on your desktop and mobile devices.

When you're signed in to more than one workspace on the Slack desktop app, you'll see the icon for each workspace on the far left side of the app. Click an icon to open that workspace.

  1. Click your workspace name in the top left.
  2. Select Switch workspaces from the menu. 
  3. Click the workspace that you'd like to open.
  1. From the  Home tab, swipe right.
  2. Tap a workspace to open it. 

Tip: You can also switch to any workspace that you're signed in to on desktop by typing Cmd K (Mac) or Ctrl K (Windows/Linux) followed by the workspace name.

If you’re signed in to more than one Slack workspace, you can easily switch between them.

  1. Click your workspace icon in the top left to view a list of all the workspaces that you’re signed in to.

  2. Select another workspace to open it.
  1. From the  Home tab, swipe right.
  2. Tap a workspace to open it. 

Tip: To keep all of your workspaces visible in the sidebar, click the   workspace switcher icon or press ShiftS (Mac) or CtrlShiftS (Windows/Linux).

Note: On Enterprise Grid, select All workspaces in the sidebar to filter your conversations by workspace.
