Pay by invoice

Some workspaces can use self-service invoices to pay for Slack via cheque or direct deposit. Invoices are emailed to workspace owners and to any payment contacts. At this time, we can’t complete vendor or payment forms, upload invoices to portals or make manual revisions.

If you're a workspace owner, you can choose to pay by invoice if your workspace meets the following criteria:

  • You pay for Slack annually.
  • Your workspace has at least 3 active members.
  • Your workspace has at least 25 members if you’re on the Standard subscription, or at least 15 members if you’re on the Plus subscription.

Note: Remember that you’ll be charged a remittance fee when paying by invoice.

Note: Customers in our Slack for Education programme can pay by invoice for workspaces with at least 25 members.
