Manage profile celebrations

Profile celebrations help coworkers recognize each other's important milestones like hire and anniversary dates. Celebrations appear in member profiles for a few days before and after important events.

Enterprise plans

Workspace Owners and Admins can enable or disable profile celebrations:

  1. From your desktop, click   Admin in the sidebar.
  2. Select Workspace settings from the menu, then click   Profiles.
  3. Below About me, click Edit to the right of Start date.
  4. Click the toggle next to Celebration events on or off.
  5. Click Publish Changes.

Org Owners and Admins can enable or disable profile celebrations:

  1. From your desktop, click your organization name in the sidebar.
  2. Select Tools & settings, then click Organization settings.
  3. Click Profiles in the left sidebar.
  4. Select Edit next to Start Date and click the toggle to turn Celebration events on or off.
  5. Click Publish changes.

Note: Profile celebrations require a populated Start date profile field.  

Who can use this feature?

  • Workspace Owners/Admins (Free, Pro, and Business+ plans) and Org Owners/Admins (Enterprise plans)
  • Available on all plans
