View and manage workflows from the workflow dashboard

Org Owners and Admins on Enterprise Grid and Workspace Owners on Pro and Business+ can view and manage published workflows from the workflow dashboard. 

Tip: If you don’t see the workflow you’re looking for on the dashboard, you can view it in Workflow Builder instead. 

View workflows

Open the workflow dashboard to view workflows in your workspace or org, along with additional information like who can collaborate on a workflow, permissions, workflow type, usage, and more.

Pro and Business+ plans

Enterprise Grid plan

  1. From your desktop, click your workspace name in the top left.
  2. Select Settings & administration from the menu, then click Manage apps to open the Slack App Directory.
  3. Click Published workflows.

  2. Select Settings & administration from the menu, then click Organization settings.
  3. From the left sidebar, click  Integrations, then select Published workflows.
Who can use this feature?
  • Org Owners/Admins (Enterprise Grid plan) and Workspace Owners (Pro and Business+ plans)
  • Available on paid plans
