Here's how:
  1. From your desktop, click your workspace name in the top left.
  2. Select Settings & administration, then Organization Settings from the menu.
  3. From the left sidebar of the Admin Dashboard, select Settings.
  4. Click Organization Info.
  5. Under Default Language, choose a language from the menu.

Note: Workspace Owners and Admins can also override the default language, but members will still see most of Slack in their preferred language.
