Other news in March

  • People with permission can now change the owner of a Salesforce record in Slack, rather than from Salesforce. 
  • All your agents (including Agentforce and third-party agents) have moved to the Tools tab. To find agents, click Tools in the sidebar, then select Agents.
  • Use the new Stop button to pause a Slackbot response and enter a new prompt or change the direction it’s going.
  • Admins and owners can now choose which record field Salesforce channel names are based on.
