Manage workflow usage in Slack Connect channels
By default, anyone in a Slack Connect channel can use workflows that have been shared in the channel. If they’d like, owners and admins can decide the following for workflows in Slack Connect channels:
Whether external people can use workflows created by members of their organisation
Whether their members can use workflows created by external people
Note: These permissions do not apply to legacy workflows .
Choose who can run workflows
Pro and Business+
Enterprise Grid
From your desktop, click on your workspace name at the top left.
Select Settings & administration from the menu, then click on Workspace settings .
Click the Permissions tab.
Next to Slack Connect Workflows , click Expand .
Tick or untick the boxes, then click Save .
From your desktop, click on your workspace name at the top left.
Select Settings & administration from the menu, then click on Organisation settings .
Click Slack Connect in the left sidebar, then select Settings .
Next to Workflows , click Edit .
Tick or untick the boxes, then click Save setting .
Who can use this feature?
Org owners /admins (Enterprise Grid subscription) and workspace owners (Pro and Business+ subscriptions)
Available on paid subscriptions

Click Slack Connect in the left sidebar, then select Settings .
Next to Workflows , click Edit .
Tick or untick the boxes, then click Save setting .
