Create multi-workspace channels on Enterprise Grid

In an Enterprise Grid organization, multi-workspace channels connect workspaces together. For cross-functional groups who need to collaborate in Slack, this type of channel makes it possible. If you're an Org Owner or Admin, or a member with permission to manage these channels, read on for more details.

Note: If these permissions don't apply to you, reach out to an Org Owner or Admin to perform the steps for you.
