1. From your desktop, click your workspace name in the sidebar.
   
2. Select Tools & settings from the menu, then click Customize. 
3. Click the Workspace Icon tab.
4. Choose a file, then click Upload Icon.
5. Next, crop your icon.
6. When you're done, click Crop Icon to save your changes.

Upload an organization icon

Org Owners can upload an organization icon. Here's how:

1. From your desktop, click your workspace name in the sidebar.
   
2. Select Tools & settings from the menu, then click Customize. 
3. Click  Settings in the left sidebar, then select Organization Info.
4. Next to Details, click Edit.
5. Under Icon, click Choose File, then select a file.
6. Click Save to finish.

Upload a workspace icon

As part of an Enterprise Grid organization, Workspace Owners can update their workspace icon.

1. From your desktop, click your workspace name in the sidebar.
   
2. Select Tools & settings from the menu, then click Customize. 
3. Click the Workspace Icon tab.
4. Choose a file, then click Upload Icon.
5. Next, crop your icon. 
6. When you're done, click Crop Icon.
