Manage link previews for third-party files

Who can use this feature?
  • Org Owners/Admins and Workspace Owners/Admins
  • Available on all plans

By default, when someone shares a file from certain third-party apps (like Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive), others will see a rich preview of the file. If they’d like, owners and admins can adjust file preview settings to display only file titles.
