Share a default sign-in file with members
To sign in to Slack, you need to know your workspace’s Slack URL. Workspace owners and admins can help members sign in to the desktop app more easily by downloading a default sign-in file and sharing it with their team.
Tip: if you're a part of an Enterprise Grid org, you can contact us to request a default sign-in file for your org. Please include your org's URL when you write in (e.g. a1marketing.enterprise.slack.com).
What to expect
- When members save this file to their computer, their workspace URL will automatically populate on the desktop app. Members still have the option to manually enter any workspace URL they want.
