Assign users to system roles

System roles give organizations flexibility around permissions they can assign to members in Slack. Depending on the role type, you may designate permissions on some or all workspaces across the Enterprise Grid organization.

For now, system roles are only available for customers on Slack Enterprise Grid.

Note: Visit Types of roles in Slack for a complete description of all roles.
