Self testing (Pre-event)
If you registered before June 15, we’ll send a Lucira Check It Covid-19 Test Kit to the shipping address you provided during registration.
- Plan to take the test on Tuesday, June 21, or Wednesday, June 22, before arriving at the Javits Center. If you are traveling, bring your test with you.
- Once you’ve tested, please upload a photograph of your results to the Salesforce Safety Cloud to your custom URL provided to you in your reminder email.
- Once your negative test is successfully uploaded and verified by the Safety Cloud team, you’ll receive a Dreampass via email. Save this email! You will present it to security when you arrive at the Javits Center.
- If you receive an inconclusive result, please plan to arrive early at the Javits Center to pick up another test kit or to test on-site. Note that an inconclusive test can be due to many things and does not equate to a positive test result.

- Head to the testing center located in room 1D at the Javits Center (enter off 11th Avenue and 35th Street). Testing is available on Wednesday, June 22, from 8:30 a.m to 4 p.m. ET.

If you test positive
For the safety of our staff and attendees, we cannot allow you to attend Frontiers in person if you test positive. We suggest you isolate per CDC guidelines, and contact your personal healthcare provider for medical advice. Make sure to update your registration and, if you’re feeling up for it, join us online.
If you’re showing positive results due to a previous infection in the past 90 days, you can upload your prior results from a doctor-run PCR test or other molecular test to Safety Cloud, using your custom URL in your reminder email. The test result must include the date, the result (positive) and your name. You may also upload a doctor’s note stating you recovered from Covid-19. Self-administered at-home tests are not accepted as proof of previous infection if they do not include the date, positive result and your name. Any necessary next steps will be provided to you after the approval of this upload.
