Change your payment schedule

Slack offers monthly or annual billing for the Pro and Business+ plans. Read on to learn how to change your payment schedule.

Switch from monthly to annual billing

To switch from monthly to annual billing on your current subscription, follow these steps:

  1. From your desktop, click your workspace name in the top left.
  2. Select Settings & administration from the menu, then click Billing.
  3. From the Overview tab, choose Change subscription.
  4. If you're on the Pro subscription, choose Switch to Pro subscription (annual) upon renewal. If you're on the Business+ subscription, choose Switch to Business+ subscription (annual) upon renewal.
  5. Click Preview changes.
  6. Select Confirm subscription change.


Switch from annual to monthly billing

To switch from annual to monthly billing, use the steps below:

  1. From your desktop, click your workspace name in the top left.
  2. Select Settings & administration from the menu, then click Billing.
  3. From the Overview tab, choose Change subscription.
  4. If you're on the Pro subscription, select Switch to Pro subscription (monthly) upon renewal. If you're on the Business+ subscription, choose Switch to Business+ subscription (monthly) upon renewal.
  5. Click Preview Changes.
  6. Select Confirm subscription change.
