View and manage your sales pipeline in one place with the Sales Tracker view in Slack CRM. Sales Tracker gives you a clear picture of your entire pipeline, so you can move leads forward, log activity, and work with your team to close deals.
Note: Sales Tracker is available to new Slack CRM customers only. We appreciate your patience as we make it available to more customers.
How it works
When you set up Slack CRM, Sales Tracker will be automatically enabled and a Sales Tracker tab will be added to your sidebar.
Any contact you add to Slack will appear in Sales Tracker as a new lead. Move customers through the stages of the sales pipeline and add relevant details to their records like deal amounts, account names, and more.
Sales pipeline stages
A sales pipeline is a visual representation of where potential customers are in the buying process. When you open the Sales Tracker, you’ll see your customers arranged in a sales pipeline split into stages. Here are the stages you’ll see by default:
New Any new customer you add.
Contacted You’ve reached out to a lead and are awaiting a response.
Qualify You’ve confirmed a customer as a legitimate lead. When you move a lead into the Qualify stage, they’re converted to an opportunity.
Propose You’ve sent a customer an offer or quote.
Negotiate Your customer has responded to your quote and you’re working out the details of the deal.
Closed Won You've signed the deal. 🎉
Note: Move a lead to Unqualified or an opportunity to Closed Lost to remove it from your sales pipeline.

To move customer records to different stages in the pipeline, drag and drop them.

How leads become opportunities

From Sales Tracker, move a customer to the Qualified stage.
Enter an Opportunity name and Deal amount.
Review the new record details, then select Convert Lead.
